When you get in your car, you start the engine, you put it into gear and then you have to take your foot off the brake in order to get moving. The same is true with your life. When you want your life to be in gear and get moving, you need to take your off the brake and remove the limitations that are holding you back. Your mind can only hold one type of thought at a time. You cannot be negative and positive at the same time. You can’t be angry and happy at the same time. The same is true with all types of thoughts. You can only have one kind and remember that you are in control of your mind. You determine what you think about. You control what you allow to stay in your thoughts.
To get your foot off the brake, focus on what you want out of life. Fill your mind with positive messages. Eliminate all negativity and replace it with positive messages and success filled thoughts. This takes a while to master but with each successful change, it will be easier and easier to accomplish.
